Starting as a two man operation in 1979, Broens Industries has grown consistently to its size of 150 employees today. A major global provider of engineering design and manufacturing solutions, Broens Industries is highly recognised in precision engineering, machine tools, tooling and component production for industries such as aerospace, defence, mining, marine and automotive.

As a major employer within the Macarthur region, Broens has been committed to the expansion of the Macarthur area. Carlos Broens, Managing Director acknowledges that "the Macarthur region has contributed tremendously to the success of Broens Industries".
